Sparkke at the Whitmore is our first venue and one of Australia’s first female founded and led brew pubs. Here, makers are celebrated, including our own talented team.

Please note that Sparkke is an equal access venue with two lifts on site for those who use wheelchairs or have limited mobility.

 

To ensure the safety and protection of all guests, staff and vendors on site, Sparkke at the Whitmore requires all guests and staff to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 from Wednesday 8th December 2021 in order to enter the premises.

SUMMER OF FUN COCKTAILS
Experience the beautiful flavours of South Australia in a cocktail glass created by Full Circle Spirits. The Summer of Cocktails will include 15 delicious cocktails, so get your friends together and head to the bar. Seating is limited, so reservations are recommended. You can book online here or below.

FEED ME MENUS
Can't decide what to eat? Let us help you decide. Feed Me lunches are $45 per person, and Feed Me dinners are $65 per person, with the option of choosing individual dishes from a reduced a la carte menu. The menu rotates weekly, and reservations are highly recommended, since capacity is limited. You can book online here or below.

TASTING AUSTRALIA
Come along and discover how award-winning master flavourist (and co-founder) Rose Kentish developed Full Circle's gin collection through Tasting Australia's In the Mind of the Maker event. A two-hour immersive experience awaits you as you explore the art and science of distillation before being guided through a gin journey to discover your personal preference as you pair gins with South Australia's finest produce. SELF-GUIDED GIN TASTINGS - AVAILABLE FROM FRIDAY 21st JANUARY 2022
Swirl, sniff, sip and discover the award-winning Full Circle Spirits collection at the Whitmore. Discover your new go-to gin with a self-guided gin tasting at the bar. Sample the flavors of South Australia, following the maker's steps to discover your new favourite. Liked what you tried? In our bottleshop, you'll find all of the Full Circle Gins and more! Dine at fare

Sparkke at the Whitmore’s award-winning restaurant was officially christened as fare on the venue’s first birthday. And appropriately for a female led kitchen, this was also International Womens Day 2020.

 

In its most true sense, fare simply means food. Giving a generous nod to the peaceful practice of old: breaking bread together, fare’s dishes offer versatility and its share-plate leanings aim to build a sense of community among the people who feast here.

 

We look at food holistically, our ethos aims to showcase local producers who we work with, while minimising our carbon footprint. We’re able to close the loop to refine systems to minimise waste. Simply, nothing gets thrown out, everything gets used.

 

We welcome you with open arms to enjoy a meal, curated by our Head Chef Kelly Delaney, or just a drink in our space, cozied up by the roaring fireplace in the cooler months or enjoy the summer breeze with our open plan dining space, all while allowing our staff to take care of you.

 

Please note: Any lunch bookings are required to participate in the $40 Feed Me menu. For dinner bookings, customers have the option of the $65 Feed Me menu or to pick from a reduced à la carte menu. Please note that the Feed Me Menus and reduced à la carte rotates weekly.

OUR BREWERY

Welcome to the little 25m2 brewhouse with the pink floor! Our nanobrewery is a centrepiece, visible from almost everywhere on the ground floor. You can see, hear and smell whatever is brewing.

 

  • All our brews are made onsite, including our Carbon Zero Beers, which is our commitment to a more sustainable future. We’ve also moved our Carbon Zero canning process to in-house canning, which is another small step we’re taking to reduce our footprint. You can read more about our sustainability commitments below.
