Sparkke gives a damn about what goes in and on our cans believing that it matters what you consume – and what consumes you. We make 100% natural, award winning beers, ciders, alcoholic ginger beers and hard lemonades. They’re layered, nuanced and seriously delicious!
Catering for all tastes, ages and genders Sparkke bevvies are frequently lower in alcohol, vegan and/or gluten free. But it doesn’t stop there because the messages we put on our cans are just as important as what we put in them.
WE WANT TO IGNITE THE GOOD
At Sparkke we took on the gig to ignite the good in alcohol. Yes, we get that alcohol has a dark side – and it won’t solve your problems. Buy hey, neither will milk. We understand that diverse races, cultures, genders, minds, and tastes make us richer. Make us better. Make us stronger.
The truth is, the old boys club just has far too many members. So we set out to create a new kind of club, one where everyone gets a seat at the table. We’re working to raise the bar, just by walking in to one.

Everything we do at the Whitmore is driven by our passion for excellence. As SA Delicious 100 Best New Restaurant of 2019, and recipients of Keith Neighbour Award for Commercial Architecture and a Heritage Award at the SA Architects Awards 2020, we're proud to celebrate our talented makers.
We opened our doors in March 2019 to provide an inclusive and welcoming meeting place where delicious, locally-sourced food and indie craft brews can be shared with family, friends and colleagues.
The pub and our restaurant Fare are open from Wednesday to Sunday while our bottleshop is open 7 days a week.
From day one, our commitment to the well being of our customers and staff has been our priority.
